Project Brief
- Produce a global blueprint for implementation of compliant corporate source to contract processes and solution design.
- Support the design, build, test and deployment of the core model to wave one pilot countries.
Solution Scope
- Assist in the scope and design of compliant source to contract processes to create a core model and subsequent deployment to the pilot markets and operating companies.
- Provide contract migration services for existing operational contracts.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the content management and enablement teams in support of definition of ongoing content management strategies.
My Responsibilities
- Provide Project Management and escalation support to ensure that an achievable plan was in place.
- Ensure that all project risks, issues and actions were captured and addressed in a timely and efficient way.
- Manage a significant multi-year budget – ensuring that appropriate resources were available, but that budget was available for the entire project.
- Ensure that Coupa leading practice, commercial and operational governance requirements could be met while implementing according to the customer’s agile methodology and approach.
- Lead a team of consultants, on site and remote, to define the required solution in support of the business processes being defined by our solution implementation partner.
- Support colleagues in definition of a contract migration strategy which was defined and has now been successfully implemented.
- Coordinate communications and engagement between partner architects, Coupa architects and customer product owners to ensure that the solution met customer needs while remaining based upon leading practice.
Outcome
- The implementation was set for a successful handover to the go live team by being on track for a scheduled technical go live. Due to the established project foundations this was achieved – along with the scheduled business go live.
